Duties
All duties are paid in advance by Heart Sheild and reflected in your regional price.
USA/CANADA
All US Shipping Is Free
Orders in the USA (including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) and Canada are sent from our depot in Oklahoma.
Shipping options:
USPS Priority
Expected delivery time: 2 - 4 working days
Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are sent by USPS Priority
Expected delivery time: 5 - 10 working days
USPS International
Expected delivery time to Canada: 5 - 10 working days
Orders made before 5pm EST will be sent out the same day. Orders made after 5pm EST will be sent out the next day.
EU & UK Shipping
We are currently looking to expand our network to EU and the UK with a brand new warehouse. Please subscribe to the newsletter to get notified when Heart Sheild launches in EU and the UK.
RoW Shipping
Orders going outside of the USA, UK and Europe will be sent from our Oklahoma warehouse. We will send with FedEx international and orders will typically take 6-15 days.
RETURNS
Heart Sheild does have a guarantee, but if you’ve decided it’s not for you and you’d like to return something early before giving it the full 90 days here is what you can return.
Are your products unopened, still sealed and the product packaging undamaged?
If yes, then please email our customer support team and include:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Name of product
- Reason for return
Our Customer Support team will then be in touch with the correct return address for your products.
For early refund, we require the return of all unopened products. We do not provide return shipping costs.
